Entering its fourth season, Drift411 continues to expand into new markets as one of the fastest growing drift associations in the country. We are sanctioned and recognized by NASA (National Auto Sports of America) and US Drift. This highskilled, high-powered motor sport where drivers intentionally maneuver their cars into well executed, controlled sideways slides at high speeds through a marked course, has more than 40 drivers participating in our events. And indipendent skill levels range from novice to the professional. A well established sport in Japan for
more than a decade, Drift411 and its sister
company US Drift had the vision and were
instrumental in bringing this new sport to the South eastern states. The unanticipated fan
interest led to the rapid formation of the first ever, national Pro-Am Drift Series (see page 4) which allows amatuer drifters to step to next level and obtain a Formula D professional drift license.
The success of the Pro-Am Drift Series has not only put Drift411 on the map, but launched it into a national lime light. Yet, with a firm hand on the pulse of grassroots racing, Drift411 has carved a niche with specialty marketing, event
coordinating, news, photography, and
promoters. Today Driftt411’s team has coordinated dozens of successfull events and will
continue to do so at the fore-front.

In an effort to further promote the rapidly growing sport of drifting, the United States Drift Association (USDA) was created to
provide an effective and highly recognizable Pro-Am drifting series to the United States. The USDA consists of some of the top grassroots drifting organizations throughout North America, thus allowing it the ability to concentrate in these key markets regionally, while still maintaining a nationwide presence needed to operate as a true National Amateur Series.
The main goal of the USDA and our Pro-Am Series is to provide drivers with an event to compete in nationally, without experiencing major financial burden, thus allowing drivers the ability to be ranked. At the same time, it also provides drivers with the option to maintain involvement in the grassroots atmosphere they first encountered or prepare them for a professional approach to the sport. This also allows you, our sponsors, to see the newest
faces as they progress in their
trek to become the next big drifter
which gives you the opportunity to
approach and talk with these
drifters as a possible representative
for your company.
Located in six different strategic locations across the country each region will be able to provide the best overall coverage of the search for the best amateurs across the country. Most Series events will take place on well known road courses such as Road Atlanta, Infineon Raceway, Virginia International Raceway and other tracks with optimal viewing for spectators.
Drivers from each region will compete against one another in single and tandem runs for a chance at advancement to the next level. As an added bonus for the drivers, at the end of the series they can also compete against current professional drivers for a chance to earn a Formula Drift license.
The Pro-Am Series Championship Event is the biggest amateur drifting competition to take place in North America. This years 2006 event, held in Laughlin, NV in conjunction with the American Rally Sport Group (rallyusa.com),
will attract upwards of 8,000 people in attendance over the course of the three
day weekend.
Covering the Southeast area of the country is Drift411, a company known for extraordinary events and news/media coverage of the drift community. Drift411's "D4 Amateur Series" will be series of events throughout the Southeast that will be working off a points system much similar to that of US Drift. A certain amount of points are assigned to a finishing rank, (i.e.: First 100 points, Second 90 points, Third 81 points, etc..). At the end of the series, the top eight competitors from all series events for the region, including the D4 Amatuer Circuit, will be invited to the Pro-Am Nationals in Laughlin, Nevada, to compete against the top finishers from each region in the country. Further more, you will also be able to compete against the 2007 Formula Drift zero point holders for a License to run in the 2008 Formula Drift Series. If you don't make the cut for a Formula D License in the Pro-Am Competition you still have a chance to get a Formula Drift Provisional. And at the very minimum, enable you to be ranked on a national level.

US Drift was created by Chris Cobetto, a road racing champion and the Virginia/Mid-Atlantic Regional Director of the fastest growing motorsports organization in the United States, the National Auto Sport Association (NASA). Chris saw the attraction to drifting and the potential for it to grow as a motorsport in the United States and thus, U.S.Drift was created in 2001. US Drift was the first national drifting organization and sanctioning body created to give drivers of all abilities and backgrounds the opportunity to learn and competitively progress in the sport of drifting. US Drift is the only American drifting series to hold every competition on designated racetracks since it's first event in 2002. Since 2003, US Drift has progressively created regional chapters across the country in an effort to make safe and legal drifting accessible for all enthusiasts.
The National Auto Sport Association (NASA) was formed in 1991 to deliver high quality motorsports events to enthusiasts at major racing venues throughout the nation. NASA has created programs that allow owners of both racecars and high-performance street-driven vehicles to enjoy the full performance capabilities of their cars in a safe and controlled environment. NASA offers many different programs that will allow you to enjoy motorsports on a number of different levels, including our High Performance Driving Events (HPDE), Rally Sport, Time Trial, NASA-X, and Competition Racing programs.
