Blindly following the instructions of her boyfriend Syn, Sande began building a small website in late 2003 for one of his many passions, drifting. It soon became a place for many of their friends interested in the same motor sport to hang out online and quickly grew into the website you see today. After attempting the sport herself for a roughly 6 months, she decided to stick with what she liked best, photography. |

Once the former V.P. of the South East Drift Association, Chris Rhoad, migrated to the Drift411 team in the later part of the 2006 season. He brings with him over 11 years of racing experience and almost 4 years of event coordinating experience. Chris is also helps organize and run south east drift competitions for the Kuhmo Tire ProAm Drift Series. Further more, he's an Event Organizor for the NvS Run, a former Driver/Drifter for Top Hat Performance and GTE, member of the Atlanta's .:driftMechaniks:., and of course the man behind the caos at StudioRhoad.

Chad Copeland, originally from Pensacola, FL, moved to Atlanta in 1999 where he became highly involved in road racing and high end Import Tuning. After meeting a small group of people (later known as the .:driftMechaniks:.) he was introduced to Drifting. From there he started building his first Drift Car. After driving up to 12 hours to go to a drift events he and a few others started up the South East Drift Association where he started working with Chris Rhoad. Chad and Chris ran SEDA for a short while before realizing that their goals were in other directins other than that of SEDA's. Chad and Chris joined forces with Drift411.com to move Drift411.com more into the spotlight and more mainstream by providing practise and competitions for the "Average Joe".
Now Chad and Chris have also joined forces with 5 other drift companies and Formula Drift to provide a nationally ranked series to find the best of the best for the Formula Drift Pro Series, the only way to get a Professional Drift License. |

An obsessive/compulsive tech geek, Rodie moved to the Atlanta area in 1998, where he was turned on to the potential of imports in road racing and drifting. True to his luck, the drift scene in Atlanta exploded shortly after his move to Savannah. He attempts to provide direction to folks new to the scene, and is currently attempting to assemble a solid grip-race car, on a limited budget he shares with a wife and 3 daughters. Under the flag of Platypus Racing, he hopes to be a NASA competitor fairly soon.

Rev. Tony--aka grftn--comes from Dirt/Gravel Rally heritage, his mother being one of the first competitive female rally drivers in the late '70s. Before he turned 14 he already learned the principles and techniques involved in a 4-wheel drift on gravel. While he enjoys drifting as its own sport, Rev. focuses his attention more on traditional speed on street tracks.
He resides in Traverse City, MI, swears by Toyotas, and conciders Mid-Ohio SCC his "home turf." |
